Hi Espen,

  Thanks very much for the patch.  I have checked it in with two minor
additions: I duplicated the fix for get_32bit_elf_symbols() into
get_64bit_elf_symbols() and I improved the range test in get_data() so that it
makes fewer silly calls to malloc.
