[PATCH] OPTIND in funsub

If a funsub declares a local OPTIND, the calling context's getopts state
gets messed up.

For example, the following loop will not terminate:

    OPTIND=1; while getopts ab opt -ab; do
        echo $opt ${ local OPTIND; }
    done
