Description:
       Using empty here strings causes segfaults


Repeat-By:
       A simple command: read <<<""   causes the current bash process
       to segfault

       A simple command: cat <<<""    causes I believe the subshell to
       segfault, or  perhaps it's cat that segfaults--not sure.
