hello

i use: GNU bash, version 2.05b.0(1)-release (i686-pc-linux-gnu)

on gnu/linux gentoo kernel 2.6.5 

compiled with gcc-3.3.3

the bug can be reproduced setting as PS1 variable somethink like this:
"\033[1;34m[\033[0;32m\h\033[1;34m] \033[0;36m\w \033[0m"

the trouble is that the shell move the carrier before the end of the line and 
overwrite the current line.

please answer this mail i want to know if my error is usefull for someone or if 
the bug was already reported
