The file bashref.info contains the following installation hints:

INFO-DIR-SECTION Utilities
START-INFO-DIR-ENTRY
* Bash: (bash).                     The GNU Bourne-Again SHell.
END-INFO-DIR-ENTRY

However, the above entry won't work as the files are not called
bash.info* but bashref.info* instead.  Whoever is responsible for
making the above files should fix the filenames, or if the names are
the result of the Makefile distributed with Bash, then this bug report
should be forwarded to bug-bash@gnu.org.
