I also installed the latest version of automake and autoconf.

Please help me to resolve this. Looking forward for your reply.

The authors of the package haven't made it compatible with the latest
automake version. You should either contact them and help them in fixing
that problem (which would be the preferred way), or you'll have to use
an older automake version to boostrap that package.
