There are similar problems that get even worse when the .texi
files are derived from other sources. If you distribute a .info
file, you are required to distribute a valid .texi file, too.
It does not matter that it gets rederived from other sources
when the product is built. My CVS source tarball is about 1/3
the size of my distribution tarball because of all the added bulk.
(300K vs. 1Meg).
I would still like to know when automake will relax the requirement
that "make distclean" purge the source tree sym links. That new
"feature" breaks my product. No way out.
