[Bug-AUCTeX] auctex Debian bug report

I'm not telling anyone here anything they don't know, but just for the

Comments welcomed. I've seen reports that ghostscript 11.71 works for 
people. Not sure why, since as you can see from the report, it doesn't 
work for me. However, I don't really understand the issue, and haven't 
taken the time to try to do so. In any case, I can confirm the 2010/10/14 
Angeli patch in cvs works for me, and I hope the Debian maintainer will 
backport it to 11.85, If that is possible. Comments on this?
