Hi Blake,

it fdepends a little from where you fetch stuff and if you ./configure
after updating from SVN.

The large numbers (currently > 10000) are from my local SVN repository.
The smaller numbers are from the official GNU APL SVN.

The SVN numbers are contained in buildtag.h. If you update from SVN then
it will contain my (higher) SVN numbers. If you then ./configure it will become
the official (lower number).
