Thank you very much. I actually tried unpacking it a while ago with
unzip, gunzip, and Ark, but only tried renaming it to .zip for Ark, not
to .gz. The unknown suffix error message from gunzip could have been a
hint, but I managed to ignore it, firmly convinced that no Unix tool
would be so picky about filename extensions.
