[Bug-apl] Unexpected DOMAIN ERROR when * is applied to conforming numeric vectors

Gentle people,

        Please exercise the attached SHALLIT0.tc.gz to confirm that a DOMAIN
ERROR occurs on the last executable statement.  I'm currently using Gnu
APL, svn 117.

        It appears that the DOMAIN ERROR occurs when the * function is applied
to

        P * 0 1 0

where 0 1 0 is the third column of the intermediate 3 by 18 matrix
resulting from the evaluation of the expression to the right of the ×.⋆
