Hi again, I have changed the interface to the shared library so that it uses a single C function instead of C++ functions (as to improve portability). The debian (make DEB) build complains a bit about unresolved symbols in the generated .so files - any hints how to fix that are welcome. But apart from that everything seems to be working. /// Jürgen
