.po file typo

Hello :)

I am currently translating the file a2ps-4.13b into Vietnamese for The Translation Project at the University of Montréal. I've encountered the following typo, which I thought you might like to weed out in later releases:

1.

src/main.c:1168
msgid "Table of Content"

"Table of Contents" :)

2. On several occasions, you use "e.g." or "i.e." with "etc." while showing examples.

src/main.c:757
msgid ""
"When delegations are enabled, a2ps may use other applications to handle the\n processing of files that should not be printed as raw information, e.g., HTML\n
PostScript, PDF etc.\n"

lib/caret.c:47
msgid "hexadecimal (i.e., `\\x0a' etc.)"

This is unnecessary:

"e.g." means "ex gratia", "here is something for free", which we have used for a long time to mean "here are some examples". You give general examples.

"i.e." means "id est" "that is...", another way of saying, "here is what I've been talking about", but it's more specific: "this is exactly what I've been talking about".

Having said either of those, it's not correct to use "etc.", meaning "et cetera" "and the rest". We use "etc." when there is a long, fairly predictable list.

It's unnecessary to use more than one of these words. You can use any one of those three when giving examples in different situations.

e.g. - general examples:

"I visited some European countries, e.g. France, Belgium and the Czech Republic."

i.e. - specific examples:

"I visited the major French-speaking European country, i.e. France."

etc. - a long list:

"I visited a lot of European countries, France, Belgium, the Czech Republic etc."

Save some words for a rainy day. :)

I hope you don't mind this explanation: I lecture in English, and always welcome the opportunity to help someone learn.

Thankyou for making this file available.
