complaints coming into the Savicom complaint handling system MUST include full
email headers, with the receiving email inbox in the header. Complaints
without full email headers, or with a modified or deleted email address, can
not be processed.
While we apologize for this inconvenience, the header information is needed to
validate the authenticity of your complaint.
