Hi Michiel,
I am still very interested by the work you did in this area. I
believe all the maintainers were too busy to pay enough attention the
first time you submitted your proposal, but work in this area is
definitely one of the most important changes to bring to the C++
parser.
Do you have kept your patches up to date with Bison? I have not
checked, but I suspect they won't apply nicely to the current Bison.
Bison 2.4 should be out soon, we could schedule the introduction of
your suggestions in 2.5. Meanwhile, I would like to toy with your
changes, if available somewhere.
