[Bino-list] Project moved; mailing list is closing down

Hi everyone,

I moved the Bino repository from savannah.nongnu.org to
<https://gitlab.marlam.de/marlam/bino>.

As I want to leave savannah.nongnu.org completely, this mailing list
will have to be closed. This should not be much of a problem since
there is almost no traffic anyway.

Also, the bug tracker will be closed; instead please use the Issue
feature of Gitlab.
