[Bino-list] DLP 3D Ready Sync: Status and technical information

Hello everyone,

Texas Instruments provided some news on DLP 3D Ready Sync:

First, the attached PDF describes the technique. See Appendix B.
(According to TI, this is now "open market data".)

Second, controller chips that support this are now in full production
at TI and are increasingly being shipped to projector manufacturers. To
find out if a particular projector model supports 3D Ready Sync, you
have to check with the manufacturer because the feature can be turned
on or off in the system configuration.
