  The error lines that you see in config.log are expected. Those are for some checks on the platform.

 

  I think those warnings for libglewmx package may be causing the problem.

 

   Warning related to libEqualizer is fine since this is optional.

 

   config.log generated in the setup working for me is attached. This may be useful for you.
