Hi Folks

I give in! There is no compilation for dummies.
Build XZ so you can build MXE that so you can build Bino and every stage
fails. I'm impatient, but not so impatient that I will spend all day trying
to learn the depths of linux.
Could someone create a Windows binary, pretty please?
