Bino assumes that the graphics card is already configured for HDMI
frame packing mode. It does not set this mode itself. See
<http://bino3d.org/doc/bino.html#Output-Techniques> under
"hdmi-frame-pack".

So you have to use your system tools to set HDMI frame pack first, and
once that works, you can set Bino to use this mode.
