FFmpeg seems to support RTSP, see lines 236-308 of
http://git.videolan.org/?p=ffmpeg.git;a=blob;f=doc/protocols.texi;h=a71c262368c5bd6a609af28e5865fa731356b774;hb=HEAD
But I never used it. Can you try it?
