[Bino-list] PPA for bino with ffmpeg-mt

Hi all!

I have made a PPA on launchpad -
https://launchpad.net/~lion-simba/+archive/bino-mt

This PPA at the moment contains bino-0.5, statically linked to ffmpeg-mt
to achieve better decoder performance on multi-processor systems. 

Plus, bundled ffmpeg allows using the player in Ubuntu Lucid, which
ships old version of ffmpeg.

I've add new command-line parameter: -tN|--threads=N, which then passed
to ffmpeg decoder, setting the number of decoding threads. For best
results start bino with number of threads equal to number of processors
(cores) your system have, e.g. bino -t2

Source package is not lintian-clean, thus it can't be used for inclusion
in official Ubuntu repositories. But feel free to use my work to build
official Ubuntu or Debian package.
