[Bayonne-devel] gcdiag static

Hi

I'm trying to get my D/240JCT to work on a T1 PRI (with NI2 signalling) 
using GlobalCall.. but gcdiag only succeeds in making a call.  I get 
major static when I try to play an audio file (I've tried U-law .au and 
a .wav), and it seems to last about as long as the audio file
should last.

Configuration below:
