It doesn't need to be a forced thing, but it could at least allow the 
user to specify an alternate path to gnomemeeting at configure time.  
eg: --with-gnomemeeting=/opt/gnu/bin/gnomemeeting

Then again, if we put it in the prefs this may not be required.
