[Axiom-math] numeric integration

Yes, numeric integration is broken in Axiom at the moment.

NAG has a library that implemented a fair portion of the numeric
mathematics in the commercial version of Axiom. I am in the process
of recreating this functionality but it is not yet ready for release.
The NAG API still exists but there is no code behind it in the release.

Several new numeric functions have been added. More will be added in 
the future. It all takes time.
