Lisp tells me that ncloopProcess is undefined:

)lisp (fboundp '|ncloopProcess|)

Value = NIL

Grepping shows that ncloopProcess is only used in ncloopInclude0
which in turn is only used in ncloopInclude which is unused.

AFAICS this is part of "new" unfinished toplevel.
