Hi Camm/Bill.

| working 2.6.5 w/ patches.
See attached file. Much of the stuff is irrelevant to Windows - bfd, elf,
Debian changelog, so it just requires someone with a Windows Axiom
development setup who is in the mood for a some deconstructive rebuilds.
The code I diffed 2.6.6 against is from late December - the last time I
built Axiom. I don't see myself going into this for several weeks at least.
