At some future point we should discuss how much work it would be to
put the book into a texmacs version. I'm a bit buried this week and
likely next as well. I haven't had a chance to try your demo yet
although I did download the pdf. It appears that line-breaking needs
to be slightly smarter. The line breaker algorithm should probably
be put into Axiom with a ")set linebreak on " command so it works
with all tex output and not just under texmacs.

I did like the pdf. Looks like good work. I'll try it as soon as I
get the chance.
