RE: [Axiom-developer] Fix for Macroexpansion bug

David,

As Juergen says there does not seem to be any problem
with the remaining algebra files. It is just that Tim's
version of the algebra Makefile does not yet include
them. For now they can be compiled manually (or you can
use Juergen's version of the algebra Makefile).
