Details:

There are some hard coded offsets in stk500v2.c that are mistakenly combined
with the offsets in avrdude.conf. The XPROG write and read byte routines also
need a delay, or they fail to work. I'm not sure how the delay should be
handled, but the attached patch shows what worked for me.
