Sorry, I think I've confused that with 329x/649x support.

You're right, 165/325x/645x support is missing.  It would be
appreciated if you contributed it.

The datasheet for these devices obviously has some errors.  As the
only currently existing silicon from that family appears to be the
ATmega644, the data for the '644 is the only part of that datasheet we
could trust right now.  The data for the 164/324 I've entered into
avrdude.conf.in was a ``best guess approximation''.

You might notice that not even AVR Studio ships XML files for the
other two family members by now.  Usually these files could be taken
as a strong datapoint of how the actual device would work :), as all
the tools around AVR Studio rely on those data.
