Just a quick update - the current status is that I've got a request in
to have the old 5.0 dist file removed from the upload area.  We're
sort've stalled until then.

In the meantime, I have prepared the new dist file and it seems to be
complete.  This new dist file also contains your -B option fix, so
that's also a plus.
