Actually, it completely depends on what the config file lists for your
device. "signature" is an additional type you didn't mention that is
available on any AVR. Some AVRs also contain a memory type named
"calibration".
You can always examine the actual available memory types using the
terminal mode "part" command.
I agree that the documentation should give hints about all this.
