[avrdude-dev] autoconfiscate texi docs

Hi,

I have autoconfiscated the doc subdir. It's already checked in. The attached 
patch is simply for those interrested in such things.

A top level 'make' will build info, html, ps and pdf files.

Still need to tweak the install rules a bit though I think.

BTW: The info files are broken. I'm looking into it now, just wanted to get 
this patch in first.
