Details:
The patch makes the iom168p.h use iomx8.h like iom168.h . The difference
between the parts is the P has some extra bits in the MCUCR register to handle
brown out detection. iomx8.h has to be updated to handle handle
__AVR_ATmega168P__. This patch allows code compiled for a ATmega168 to work
without change to compile for the ATmega168P.
