[avr-gcc-list] OT: Anyone have good experiences with SMT assembly shops?

So, I've been told -- last minute -- to get some quotes for board
production & assembly (a few ICs, and a bunch of 0805 resistors).  I've
never looked into this before, and was wondering if anyone had any
recommendations for shops?  The most important factors are a quick
turn-around time, and then price.  Board size is small (3"x1.5"), and
they would prefer getting like 3-5k units/month, but they are willing to 
order larger quantities to get the price down up front.
