[avr-gcc-list] Spam/virus/worm prevention measures

Hi everyone,

I am seriously considering making the avr-gcc-list archives accessible to 
members only due to an increased number of spam and virus/worm emails being 
received which have forged From: headers containing vaild addresses of list 
members.  All email addresses in the archives are obscured but i'm sure 
that isn't really enough these days.

Luckily we are running Mailman and it is essentially only allowing 
text/plain type messages and these worm/virus sending clowns keep trying to 
send non-text content most likely targeted at that super insecure mail 
client outlook.

If you have any comments regarding this course of action please respond, 
privately or to the list at your discretion.
