I'm pretty sure 644 and 644a are the same anyway. Here is my command line that works (purely as an example): avrdude -p atmega1284p -c stk500v2 -P /dev/ttyS4 -B 5 -U flash:w:main.hex -- The Sun is out, the sky is blue. It's time to drive the MR2.
