That´s the problem. Both programmers (stk500 and avrdude) gives an error if I will write into the flash.
stk500 says: "Could not enter programming mode"
avrdude says: "stk500_2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout" and "verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x90 != 0x08" after writing 0x90 to hfuse
(please see my logging in my first email)

I will not hope that my board is "fried".
