If you want to roll back to a clean cvs checkout, there is already a
tool to do this. Prefacing it with `make' doesn't add anything, IMHO.
Also, a `cvs-clean' rule won't work for the recipient of a
distribution. In other words, we'd be adding a target to every
Makefile which (1) is redundant given Pavel's cvs-utils, and (2) only
works for the maintainers anyway.
