As well as (at least) findutils (since 2003), grep (since 1998), coreutils
(since August 2006), autoconf (since October 2007), patch (since March 2009),
bison (since 2001) and libtool and diffutils (since "the beginning",
apparently).

OTOH, GNU awk still commits the autoconf-generated files (configure,
Makefile.in, ...).
