[FYI 3/7] {tap-testsuite-work} gitignore: update and improve for the testsuite files

* tests/.gitignore: Don't ignore temporary partial log files,
autogenerated tests and makefile fragments that are not used
anymore.  Anchor all the remaining patterns.
