    Fix man page creation without installed files.
    
    * doc/Makefile.am (update_mans): Use wrappers in tests/
    directory.
    ($(srcdir)/aclocal-$(APIVERSION).1): Use versioned wrapper as
    input program to help2man.
    ($(srcdir)/automake-$(APIVERSION).1): Likewise.
