2 seconds isn't long enough sometimes for the DJGPP port on Windows. Windows
has some bizarre issues with the granularity of timestamps. So it was
increased to 5 seconds. It was centralised by defining "sleep" in
tests/defs.in, to make it easier to change the time delay in the future.
