* automake.in (@libtoolize_files, @libtoolize_sometimes): Rename
as...
(@libtool_files, @libtool_sometimes): these.
($libtool_location): Remove, completely replaced by $seen_libtool.
(&require_file_internal): Do not run libtoolize, that's
autoreconf's job.
