As the possible 'keep executable' feature would be dependent upon by the
package there is no way to make it optional according to the host platform.
OK, I give up, I see the only chance as 'chmod +x' in AC_CONFIG_COMMANDS.
I consider this as a long-lasting pain of autoconf.
