ac-archive: abbrevs for the classic format

The tex-like settings for the classic-format happen to be sometimes
a bit long - the synopsis can be quite long and sometimes we want
to have even some more of them (as we know from an earlier thread).

I would like to see abbreviations of the extra markup of macros in
the ac-archive classic format - on my mind I have something like:

dnl @* AX_CFLAGS_WHATEVER (synopsis)
dnl @* AX_CXXFLAGS_WHATEVER (alternative)
dnl @: Installed Packags, experimental
dnl
dnl description
dnl @= the author
dnl @$Id: version spec $

This would make the maintaince of macros in the classic format
a bit easier, even that it needs to be documented specially.
