Details:

Arch Linux uses slightly unusual names for the directory with the Python 3
header files and the library file: While the binary itself is "python3.3", the
library is "python3.3m", and the header Python.h is in /usr/include/python3.3m
- note the trailing "m". The attached patch for AX_PYTHON searches for library
and headers with the trailing "m" if the files cannot be found in the first
place. This should settle the issue for Arch Linux while not compromising any
other setup.
