    Add code to detect ThunderX to AX_GCC_ARCHFLAG.
    
    Update AX_GCC_ARCHFLAG to detect ThunderX (an AArch64 CPU by Cavium) and
    set -march/-mcpu accordingly depending on the CPU generation and
    compiler support.
