Hello

We’d like to record and stream rms’s talk at Nottingham University on Sunday 10th March and I’m in the process of finalising the setup with this in mind.

Tomorrow (Friday January 25th) I have the proposed location for the event (500 seat lecture theatre) booked from 2pm GMT and will have one of the University AV Techs with me to figure out how best to take an audio feed from the mixed mic audio in the room to our encoder setup (A Canopus ADVC 700 with Quad core laptop - 4G RAM running debian). We’d be using a Sony A1E camera.

I wonder if you could offer any advice about the audio?

If you would be free and wish to connect with us at that time to ensure our setup would be adequate, that would be great.

Regards

Sally
